Shahid is a seasoned finance and taxation professional with over two decades of experience in accounting, auditing, financial reporting, taxation, and advisory services across the UAE.

He has worked extensively with businesses operating in sectors such as trading, real estate, manufacturing, hospitality, contracting, and construction, helping organisations strengthen financial controls, improve reporting accuracy, and maintain regulatory compliance.

At Beaufort Associates, Shahid currently manages multiple accounting, taxation, and financial advisory engagements. His expertise includes financial statement preparation, VAT compliance, IFRS reporting, budgeting, internal controls, audit coordination, and financial process improvement.

Prior to joining Beaufort, Shahid worked with reputed audit and accounting firms including HES Chartered Accountants, BDO Ebrahim & Co., and Khalid Majid Rehman Chartered Accountants, where he gained extensive experience in audit planning, risk assessment, financial investigations, and compliance reviews.

Shahid holds several professional qualifications and certifications in finance, audit, VAT, and corporate taxation from The Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Pakistan (ADPA and PGDPA), Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (CAF), Association of Taxation Technician UK (GCC Vat Compliance Diploma), RHMC Institute (Corporate Tax Certificate), The Institute of Auditing Pakistan (ACIAP), and the Institute of Forensic Accountants Pakistan (AFA), Institute of Financial Consultants Canada (CFC) and holds graduation in commerce.
